ABOUT ME
Hey, I’m Jill! I’m a certified fitness and nutrition coach and have been working in the industry for over 20 years. When I first found fitness, I found my passion. When I later combined fitness with nutrition *BOOM* I knew I found my calling.
I have worked with all types of clients, from those just starting out on their wellness journey to "professional dieters" to those who are looking to excel in their specific sport.
I love helping people realize their best selves and watching them live their healthiest lives to the fullest (um...I also love cats, the color pink and literally anything with sparkles, in case you're taking notes).
Science doesn’t need to be serious. Proper nutrition isn’t eating fistfuls of grass. Fitness can be fun. Let me show you how.

I believe in empowering clients to put their health and wellness first. I believe that we can use food to reverse disease, support our mental health and heal our bodies. I believe a heightened state of wellness is achievable for every person.
