Join me virtually for this 75 minute class designed to improve flexibility, release tension, increase range of motion, and boost performance through targeted stretches and myofascial rollouts. Whether you're looking to alleviate discomfort or boost your overall well-being, I will guide you through a tailored approach to movement and recovery.
THIS MONTH WE WILL FOCUS ON NECK AND SHOULDER MOBILITY
